Dr. Zouhair Rosli (Fellow)
An economist with a PhD in Economics from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). His research focuses on public policy, socioeconomic development, labour economics, and evidence-based policymaking.
Throughout his career, Dr. Zouhair has worked with a range of organisations, including UNICEF, the World Bank, and the Malaysian Government, contributing to research and policy initiatives that address key economic and social challenges.
He currently serves as the Head of Research at DM Analytics and Director of Socio-conomy at the Persatuan Khidmat Nasihat Pencarum Perlindungan Sosial Malaysia (SPCAAM). His previous work includes contributions to major national policy initiatives and research publications, such as the Shared Prosperity Vision (Wawasan Kemakmuran Bersama) and the Ranjau Sepanjang Jalan report.

Firdzan Nur Yassin (Researcher)
An economics researcher with a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). His areas of interest include macroeconomics, economic development, labour economics, public policy, and quantitative research.
Throughout his research experience, Firdzan has been involved in various economic and policy-related studies, including labour market research, economic impact assessment, talent development, and national-level projects. His work has involved data analysis, economic modelling, stakeholder engagement, surveys, and policy research.
He has contributed to research projects involving government agencies, industry stakeholders, and academic institutions. He continues to develop his expertise in economic research, policy analysis, and evidence-based decision-making, with a particular interest in translating economic research into practical insights and meaningful policy recommendations.
